This platform is operated by Namcor LTD. (Trading as X-EATS), a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16192086).
1. Data Collection & Advertising Protocol
In accordance with UK GDPR, X-EATS gathers customer data to operate the platform and facilitate the NOVA AI advertising engine. This includes:
- Identity: Name, age, and contact credentials.
- Telemetry & Usage: Real-time GPS location, app usage statistics, and interaction telemetry.
- Spending Habits: Transaction history and purchase preferences to optimize marketplace relevance.
DATA INTEGRITY: We DO NOT SELL individual customer data to third parties. Data may be aggregated (anonymized) and shared with our Merchants for operational insights, but strict privacy standards are maintained.
2. Financial Security & Device Disclaimer
All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Stripe. While Namcor LTD makes every effort to ensure financial security through encrypted gateways:
- We make no guarantees regarding the absolute security of the user's specific hardware or mobile device.
- The platform is provided "as-is"; Namcor LTD is not liable for data breaches occurring at the device level or through compromised user credentials.
3. Driver & Merchant Obligations
By initializing an account with X-EATS, you acknowledge that:
- Drivers operate as Independent Contractors; Merchants operate as Independent Businesses. Neither are employees of Namcor LTD.
- Users are responsible for maintaining valid Hire and Reward (H&R) insurance and operational safety standards.
- Failure to adhere to GPS integrity or system protocols will result in immediate "Mission Suspension."
4. Payouts & Settlements
Payouts are processed via the Stripe Connect engine. While X-EATS facilitates "Daily Settlements," actual arrival times are subject to Stripe’s payout timelines and the clearing times of your specific financial institution.
5. Your Rights (SAR & Erasure)
Under UK GDPR, customers and partners have the right to request a copy of their data or have their data permanently deleted from our active servers.
