3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We process personal data for four main categories of users:

  • 3.1. Customers: Name, phone number, email, delivery address, order history, and precise GPS location (during active deliveries). Payment details are processed exclusively by PCI-compliant third-party gateways; Namcor LTD does not store full credit card numbers.

  • 3.2. Merchants: Business name, contact details, VAT/Tax identification, and bank account details for settlement of earnings.

  • 3.3. Couriers: Identity documentation (ID/License), vehicle registration, real-time GPS coordinates during shifts, and bank account details for payouts.

  • 3.4. Website Visitors: IP address, browser type, and usage analytics collected via cookies.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA (PURPOSE OF PROCESSING)

  • Service Fulfillment: To facilitate the connection between Merchants, Couriers, and Customers and to fulfill orders.

  • Global Logistics: To track delivery progress and optimize dispatch routes via our proprietary cloud-based algorithms.

  • Financial Settlements: To process customer charges and remit payouts to international and local bank accounts.

  • Safety & Verification: To verify the identity of delivery partners and ensure the security of the marketplace.

  • Support: To respond to inquiries and resolve disputes between platform participants.

5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We only share data when necessary for the operation of the platform:

  • Order Fulfillment: We share Customer details (Name/Address) with the relevant Merchant and Courier to enable the physical delivery.

  • Payment Providers: Data is shared with our global banking partners to process payouts and prevent fraud.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose data to authorities if required by the laws of England and Wales, or if necessary to protect the safety of our users in their respective local jurisdictions.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

As a global platform, your data may be processed on secure servers located in the UK, EEA, or other jurisdictions that offer a comparable level of protection. Where we transfer data to jurisdictions without a UK "Adequacy Decision," we implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data remains

protected under UK GDPR standards.

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active relationship with X-Eats plus a period of 6 years to satisfy UK tax and audit requirements.

  • GPS Data: Location data for specific deliveries is typically anonymized or deleted after 90 days, unless required for an ongoing safety investigation.

Under the UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

  • Correction: Request the update of inaccurate information.

  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your account (the "Right to be Forgotten").

  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.

  • Object: Opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

9. SECURITY

We employ industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS encryption for data in transit. Access to sensitive data (such as bank details) is strictly restricted to authorized Namcor LTD personnel on a "need-to-know" basis.
